Fruitartlet

One of my customer, i call her kak ida-she always order for mini fruitart. Early March she request me to make big fruitartlet for her anak buah engagement.Dia nak buat hantaran la. So i agree as i memang dah lama nak try out this.

First time buat, i bake 3 tart base yang berukuran 9 inci. Heheh takut ada mistake nanti.
So first bake tu biskut keras yg amat. baling pon tak pecah kot.hahah..for this fruitartet i have to make sure the base is kuat to support fruit nanti.So i bake second biskut lebih soft tp keras sikit shj (bukan senang yer).Then i bake 3rd tart base with same 2nd recipe tadi.

Its now time to topping with cheese. First time i topping cheese then bake, cheese tu melimpah2.adoi ai..camno ni.Put aside lah, then i bake 2nd cheese (with extra carefull) then cheese tu masak perfectly.

Time to deco with fruit. Al kisah- buah pon satu hal, first i go to TESCO looking for strawberry. Yes they got sberry but very la tak cantik (tak bulat dan kecik sizenya).Then i take a look at grapes -so big lah and color not nice.

Then i drive to Jusco AU2. Hmm...guess what strawberry dia amat lah cantik, perfect but!!! 200gm is almost RM9.Nak tak nak i have to buy that Korean Strawberry(import mari). Then look at grapes pulak. So many choice and i have to choose good one. I choose seedless grapes bcoz dia kecik dan cantik utk letak atas tart tadi.

Ok, time to deko fruit ni, i have to seek my mum advice - bukan apa kalo pandangan aku sorang je takut tak cantik pulak.so 2nd view pon kena ada gak. Ok sekali letak jer dah cun. Kat atas tu adalah hasilnya.
